Adam Drew McNeill
founder owner president
Adam Drew McNeill is the founder, owner, and president of Sabertooth Motion Pictures, an independent film and television production company focused on developing original narrative projects. He is also an actor, writer and producer.
Adam began acting and writing in 2019 and was later signed by MMG following his participation in the International Model & Talent Association (IMTA) event in New York City in June 2023. He is also represented by Manikin Talent Agency. His acting work includes national and regional commercial projects—most notably a national advertisement for PrizePicks—as well as short films, feature films, student productions, and sketch comedy.
While pursuing acting professionally, Adam recognized the challenge many creatives face in balancing financial stability with long-term creative goals. Rather than waiting for opportunities, he chose to create them. In April 2024, he founded Sabertooth Motion Pictures as a platform to develop original content and build a sustainable career path within the industry. The company is in its early stages and has been steadily growing, with its first short film completed and scheduled for release, two additional projects currently in production, and another in development.
Through his work, Adam is focused on building meaningful projects while encouraging a realistic, long-term approach to creative careers—one that prioritizes both artistic growth and personal stability.

Sabertooth Success Mentorship Program

Industry Guidance
Sabertooth Success is a mentorship program created to help aspiring actors and creatives understand how to break into the film and television industry while maintaining a stable financial and professional foundation.

Finding Your Path
The program is designed for individuals interested in acting, modeling, writing, stunts, and other creative paths who feel uncertain about where or how to begin. Sabertooth Success focuses on practical guidance, including navigating industry resources, identifying realistic entry points, understanding how to get onto sets, and learning how to pursue creative goals without sacrificing long-term stability.

Real-World Mentorship
Sabertooth Success is not an acting, modeling, stunt, or writing coaching service, and it does not guarantee employment. Instead, it provides mentorship, insight, and direction based on real-world experience working on both independent and larger-scale productions. The goal is to help participants shorten the learning curve, avoid common missteps, and build momentum with clarity and intention.

Built From Experience
The program was created from Adam’s own experience—having known he wanted to pursue acting and writing from a young age but lacking access to clear guidance early on. Through Sabertooth Success, he aims to offer the kind of perspective and support he wished had been available sooner, helping creatives move forward with confidence, structure, and realistic expectations.
